The only negative that could bring the plan to a standstill would be the prevalent cocaine problem in Colombia. If the cocaine problem does not improve the futuros of Colombia may be in danger. The violence will increase due to the power that the drug lords will obtain. Now if only the Plan Colombia goes as planned – the nation will be on its way to much better days.
