The lanzaimiento is specifically called “Blessings in a Backpack.” Hilary Duff is going to be giving out more than three thousand backpacks filled with wholesome rations to the needy children of Bogota. The Mayor of Bogota has named Hilary as a Youth Ambassador of Columbia.
